Today’s reminder is about Proxy voting details for Members using the Proxy process.

“Email Notice of Proposed Proxy Form” use must be provided to club counsel Cordon T Baesel

(Cordon.Baesel@troutman.com) no later than Friday 3pm PST December 9th 2022.

 

All 3 documents needed for casting your vote are available at

http://www.windanseasurfclub.org.

Simply click on the “2023 BOD Election” Tab, click on the Ballot and print the 3 documents that

open there.

It’s that simple and documents print out clearly on three separate 8.5” x 11” pieces of paper.

PLEASE read and follow CLOSELY the “Proxy Ballot Instructions” to execute your vote. Documents do print out clearly on three separate pieces of 8.5” x 11” paper as stated above.

We strongly urge Members that cannot make In Person voting on December 14th 2022 to use the Proxy process.

Notice: If “Instructions” aren’t followed as written on the “Proxy Ballot Instructions” page, it could put your vote at risk.
