Thanks to Honorary Windansea Surf Club member, Melinda Merryweather, who signed the Windansea Surf Club up for, "I Love A Clean San Diego", and organized us into a beach cleaning powerhouse, we had an incredibly successful day making Windansea as pristine as possible.
We had seventy volunteers, who on average, collected 1.15lbs of disgusting, disgusting, and sometimes unmentionable trash, for a grand total of 80lbs of hazardous refuse, that is no longer a threat to humans and sea life alike.
