The Club mourns the recent passing of Woody Ekstrom, one of the last of the generation of WindanSea beach originals. Woody was a fixture in the "lineup" dating back to the 1940's and a regular at many surfing events right up until his passing. His ready smile, quick wit and often off color jokes will be greatly missed by all who enjoyed the pleasure of his company over the years. RIP Friend...
